Joining me on guitar for the house jazz band for this week’s Brunswick Jazz Jam is Paul Whitten on bass and Jim Whyte on drums.  We had a great night last week with plenty of musicians joining in the jazz.  We also were treated to some nice duos and trios here and there.  The jam attracts many jazz musicians from Brighton and Sussex and has been a hugely popular night for well over a year now.

The Casa jams kick off tonight!  It starts at 8pm with a jazz jam featuring a quartet with guitar, piano, bass, drums where anyone can join in.  The interval may feature a jazz duo.  Then from midnight until 3pm there will be a funk jam with another band hosted by Sammy Sarfas.  Takes place at Casablanca jazz club, middle St, Brighton.
