Agora duo consists of clarinet and nylon strung guitar, providing the perfect atmosphere for all occasions including weddings, corporate events and functions, birthday and anniversary parties, drinks receptions and more.
The duo specialise in Jazz, Brazilian and Latin genres. They weave intricate lines and beautiful melodies over rhythms from lilting bossa nova through to fast driving samba and swinging jazz.
A vast repertoire is covered from the classic Brazilian composers such as Jobim, Pernambuco and Bonfa while the jazz side spans early composers such as Gerswhin and Porter through to bebop (Parker & Gillespie) onto more contemporary composers such as Chick Corea.
The Brighton based duo has many years of experience performing throughout the UK and abroad.
